Parties/events are not permitted.

Children and beds: Children aged 1 to 3 are welcome. Cribs are available upon request for a €10 supplement per child per stay.

Quiet hours: Guests must respect the quiet hours between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Pets allowed: Pets are allowed. A €10 supplement per stay is charged.

We recommend that you always dispose of your garbage according to the collection day indicated on the noticeboard at the entrance to the property.

Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter. Each guest entering "Phaedra House" must present identification and pay for their stay. The price varies based on the number of guests staying.
