3. Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day before arrival, along with the tourist tax.

4. Cancellation and Refunds - The 30% deposit will not be refunded.

5. Customer Obligations: Guests agree to provide truthful information at the time of booking and to abide by the property's rules during their stay.

6. Amendments: The property reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, but those in effect at the time of booking will apply.
