What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Online check-in, with an ID document for each guest, is required before arrival.

How do I get to Phaedra House?
We are in the historic centre, about 300 m from the Duomo metro stop (Line 1) and about 1 km from the Central Station. Directions from the station, airport and port are on the Location page.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed on request, with a supplement. Please let us know before sending your booking request.
Is there a tourist tax?
